Can I use QuickDef without signing up?

Yes. The extension works immediately after install with no account required. You get 10 AI definitions per day and can save up to 50 words — synced to your account automatically.

What happens when I hit the daily limit?

You'll see a prompt when you've used your 20 free definitions. Dictionary definitions (non-AI) remain unlimited. The limit resets every day at midnight UTC.

Will I be charged automatically?

It depends on how you pay. Card payments (USD) auto-renew monthly or yearly — cancel anytime from the extension. IDR payments are one-time with no auto-renewal.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the QuickDef extension, go to Account, and click "Cancel subscription". It will open the Polar customer portal — enter your purchase email and Polar will send a verification code to that address. Make sure to use an active email you can access. Once logged in, click Manage Subscription to cancel. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

Is my payment secure?

Payments are handled by licensed payment processors. We never store your card details.
